About the Therapist
I know the body from so many different angles — that's what makes the work different.
I've spent over a decade in the health and fitness industry. Coaching and personal training. Nutrition. Owning and operating multiple fitness franchises here in Austin, Texas. Along the way I graduated from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts' 750-hour massage therapy program.
That range matters. Most people choosing a massage therapist are choosing blind. My background means I'm reading more than the muscle under my hands — I'm reading how you train, how you sit, how you recover, and what the tissue is actually telling me. The approach is intuitive because it's informed from every pillar of wellness at once.

Massage sessions are primarily offered from my private, dedicated in-home studio. Mobile massage is also available throughout the surrounding area with a $50 travel fee.
Massage. Exercise Science. Nutrition. Human Performance.
My education goes beyond the massage table. Formal training in massage therapy, exercise science, anatomy, physiology, pathology, nutrition, and human movement gives me a broader understanding of how the body moves, performs, recovers, and responds to stress.
Over a decade working with real bodies and real goals.
Years of personal training and coaching taught me how to look beyond where someone feels discomfort and consider how they move, train, recover, and live. That experience shapes the way I approach every session.
What happens outside the massage room matters too.
Training, nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress, and recovery all influence how we feel and perform. My background in nutrition and fitness gives me a whole-body perspective on recovery—not just what happens during your massage.
Built for people who expect more from their bodies.
From athletes and lifters to busy professionals and everyday people who simply want to move and feel better, my approach combines massage, movement, recovery, and years of coaching experience to create a session built around the individual.
